The staff were helpful and solved any issues we had. The location was excellent, being close to the city center and just a block away from a metro station. The room was perfect and clean, while the breakfast offered a variety of options, including gluten-free choices. We also loved that they provided unlimited coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The host was incredibly friendly and showed us everything we needed. The apartment itself is located on a quiet street, making it a peaceful place to stay. It has excellent bus connections, both to Websummit and the city centre. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and all the appliances were in perfect working condition. The furniture looked brand new, and the kitchen even had a bottle of water, tea, and coffee waiting for us. Despite the cool temperatures outside, the apartment was warm and cozy. Using codes instead of keys was also very convenient. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with most of the town's major tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to deliver excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool and a leisure/TV room, which were great for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also very convenient.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
